Cancellation Policy
– Orders cannot be canceled once the digital download link has been provided.
– If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed, please contact us at support@aipresets.in or WhatsApp +91 8304045895 within 24 hours of purchase.
Refund Policy
– Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
– If you accidentally purchase a product you already own, or if there is a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us. We will be happy to resolve the issue or provide store credit for future purchases.
Money back Policy will be considered if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order.
Refund Procesing
–If your refund request is approved by Ai presets, the refund will be processed within 6-8 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
